Returns/Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products, should their be an issue with the quality of your product please email us with photos of your complaint and we will be in touch to find a resolve. Please note that if the product you have purchased has become out of stock in the meantime you will be either offered a different product for consideration or be advised wait time for product to return to stock.

Please note returns and exchanges will not be accepted due to change of mind.

Damaged/Faulty Items

We take every care when packing your order to protect it in transit. We then rely on a third party courier to deliver your order in the same condition it left our office. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of condition/damage. Please do NOT dispose of any items until advised to by us as we are often required to return these to the courier for inspection.
